At Blush Cubes, we offer a subscription program that allows customers to receive significant introductory discounts in exchange for recurring deliveries. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Agreement & the Checkbox

By selecting the subscription checkbox at checkout, you are explicitly agreeing to enroll in our automatic recurring billing program.

If you do not want a subscription, please do not select the subscription checkbox. Standard one-time purchase options are available at the regular retail price for customers who do not wish to commit to recurring orders.

2. Discounted Pricing & Minimum Commitment

The introductory discount provided on your first order is a benefit reserved for our long-term subscribers.

Two-Order Minimum: To qualify for the discounted subscription rate, you are required to receive and pay for at least two (2) consecutive orders — the initial order plus one renewal.

We provide these lower prices with the expectation of a continued relationship; therefore, the subscription cannot be cancelled until this minimum commitment has been met.

3. Recurring Billing

After your initial purchase, your payment method will be charged automatically for the second order according to the delivery interval selected at checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise Blush Cubes to charge your provided payment method for these recurring costs.

4. Cancellation Policy

We do not offer immediate cancellations for subscriptions purchased at the discounted subscription rate.

Eligibility: Cancellation requests will only be accepted and processed after your second order has been successfully billed and fulfilled.

How to Cancel: Once the two-order minimum has been met, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at contact@blushcubes.com.

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid further charges.

5. Refund Policy

Processed Orders: Once a subscription order, including the mandatory second order, has been processed or shipped, it is final and cannot be refunded except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Subscription Agreement: By selecting the subscription option, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement for a minimum of two deliveries. Refunds will not be issued solely as a means of bypassing this minimum commitment.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, our system may automatically retry the payment. A failed payment does not automatically cancel your subscription, and any outstanding commitment remains subject to the terms of your subscription agreement.

7. Changes to These Terms

Blush Cubes reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply in accordance with applicable law.
